Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum one year culinary or related work experience
  • Ability to operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment such as deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • US work authorization required

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Culinary school or related education preferred
  • Minimum one year of culinary or related work experience
  • Basic culinary knowledge with ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare sweet items such as pastries, cakes, ice creams, and sorbets according to guest and banquet orders
  • Maintain high production and quality standards for all desserts and display pieces
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, and mixer
  • Ensure a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with culinary team to innovate and improve dessert offerings
  • Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
