Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in a pastry kitchen
- Positive energy ready to assist fellow support staff
- Ability to speak, read and understand basic baking and cooking directions
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling or lifting
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare all dessert and baked good items on the menu using standard recipe cards
- Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
- Follow kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Complete a daily prep list and closing checklist for each shift
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation adhering to all health regulations
- Report product shortages, equipment issues, or food quality concerns to Pastry Chef or Executive Chef
- Assist team members and work collaboratively
