Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Culinary or pastry school training preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and kitchen safety
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous pastry experience and/or a culinary degree is a plus

- Support inventory control and daily prep lists

- Collaborate with pastry and culinary team members to ensure timely production
