Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- previous pastry experience required
- ability to work independently and work as a team
- ability to multi task
- must maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- must be able to stand / walk for the entire duration of the shift
- must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- must be open to working weekends and holidays
- must be open working to business demand with no set days off

Job Duties
- prepare icing, pie fillings, custards and other desserts
- be familiar with a variety of pastry cooking techniques
- be experienced with batch / quantity cooking
- prepare items according to standard recipes or as specified
- check and control the proper storage of product, monitor condition of all food items, rotating and maintaining the highest quality
- maintain high quality and appearance of all pastry items
- ability to decorate with sugars and icing
- assist in other areas of the kitchen when needed, including preparing hot and cold items outside of pastry with the assistance of chef and team members
