Job Duties

  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and wear appropriate work attire
  • Prepare and organize mise en place to support pastry team and daily production needs
  • Assist pastry Sous Chef with preparation, basic production, and ingredient readiness
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked prep station
  • Properly care for equipment, tools, and shared workspaces
  • Support inventory organization, labeling, and storage of pastry items
  • Explore and suggest ideas to reduce waste and increase sustainability
  • Ensure proper sanitation and personal hygiene
  • Prepare kitchen for health inspections and follow all guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dish, and garbage areas
