Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of pastry experience
  • knowledge of modern pastry techniques
  • experience working in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens
  • ability to work under pressure during live service
  • culinary or pastry degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Execute nightly plated desserts and petit fours with timing and finesse
  • produce creams, sponges, choux, glazes, mousses, sauces, and garnishes
  • assist with entremet and tart production for private dining and events
  • maintain clean and organized pastry area with allergen-conscious labeling
  • train and mentor junior pastry team members
  • uphold sanitation standards and mise en place systems
  • support recipe development, inventory, and seasonal menu shifts
