Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of pastry experience
- knowledge of modern pastry techniques
- experience working in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens
- ability to work under pressure during live service
- culinary or pastry degree preferred

Job Duties
- Execute nightly plated desserts and petit fours with timing and finesse
- produce creams, sponges, choux, glazes, mousses, sauces, and garnishes
- assist with entremet and tart production for private dining and events
- maintain clean and organized pastry area with allergen-conscious labeling
- train and mentor junior pastry team members
- uphold sanitation standards and mise en place systems
- support recipe development, inventory, and seasonal menu shifts
