Job Duties
- Execute nightly plated desserts and petit fours with timing and finesse
- Produce creams, sponges, choux, glazes, mousses, sauces, and garnishes
- Assist with entremet and tart production for private dining and events
- Maintain clean and organized pastry area with allergen-conscious labeling
- Train and mentor junior pastry team members
- Uphold sanitation standards and mise en place systems
