Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- passion for pastry and baking
- strong experience with cakes, plated desserts, and banquet or restaurant environments
- minimum of 2 years culinary experience or culinary degree with equivalent experience
- knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- ability to follow and understand recipes in mass volume environment
- strong organizational skills and ability to work with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- strong listening skills and ability to take direction
- strong piping skills
- desire to provide excellent guest service and work as part of a team
- flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary field experience or equivalent culinary degree with relevant experience
- strong experience with cakes, plated desserts, and banquet or restaurant environments

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes, plated desserts, and pastries for high-volume banquet and restaurant settings
- create specialty showpieces including gingerbread houses
- follow and understand recipes in a mass production environment
- maintain organization, speed, and accuracy while multitasking in the kitchen
- collaborate with team members and take direction from senior chefs
- support banquet events and fine dining operations
- ensure high standards of food presentation and guest satisfaction
