Job Requirements

- previous experience in a professional kitchen
- knowledge of baking and pastry arts
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- strong teamwork skills
- willingness to adhere to company policies

Job Duties
- prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts
- create visually appealing and delicious baked goods
- manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- collaborate with the culinary team for menu development
- train and supervise junior baking staff
