Job Duties
- Supervise and oversee the preparation of pastries and desserts
- Ensure all sweet items meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Coordinate with banquets and other departments for event orders
- Create and execute showpieces and decorative chocolates
- Manage inventory and supplies related to pastry production
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate dessert offerings
