  • Food Handlers Certification required
  • Work authorization in the United States

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise and oversee the preparation of pastries and desserts
  • Ensure all sweet items meet quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Coordinate with banquets and other departments for event orders
  • Create and execute showpieces and decorative chocolates
  • Manage inventory and supplies related to pastry production
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate dessert offerings
