Job Duties
- Supervise and oversee the preparation of sweet items including cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and showpieces
- Ensure all pastry products meet quality standards and production requirements
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage and prioritize pastry orders for both guest and banquet events
- Train and support junior pastry staff
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
