Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Pastry Arts or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of like experience with emphasis on high production
- Ability to work varying shifts including open availability preferred
- Punctuality and regular attendance
- Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Job Duties
- Oversee creativity and prepare all desserts for food operations, banquets, specialty, and to-go orders
- Prepare items from scratch such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts
- Schedule production of all baked goods to maintain inventory of fresh baked goods
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned adapting to business necessities and client requirements
