Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a pastry chef or similar role
- culinary degree or professional pastry training preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- Plan, prepare, and execute a wide range of desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods
- innovate and develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menus
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- supervise and train junior pastry staff and kitchen assistants
- ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently maintained
- coordinate with the executive chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
