  • experience working in boutique, upscale, or low-volume hospitality concepts
  • comfortable adapting to both kitchen and guest-facing responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present creative, high-quality dishes in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • assist with all aspects of service, including running food and engaging with guests
  • contribute to a supportive, all-hands-on-deck culture by helping both FOH and BOH as needed
  • maintain a polished, professional presence in both guest and team interactions
  • uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout all service periods
