Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior baking experience preferred
  • Food safety certification required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Willingness to wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a baker or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of baking procedures and sanitation regulations
  • Mandatory food safety certification
  • Proficiency in basic math and numerical counting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required

Job Duties

  • Create baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
  • Arrange work area with essential ingredients and tools
  • Quantify, weigh, blend, and chop ingredients accurately
  • Operate baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers safely
  • Take precautions when using utensils like knives
  • Follow food safety protocols for proper storage of goods
  • Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils after use
  • Maintain positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Implement Aramark safety procedures including food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Adhere to corporate security protocols to ensure safety of resources
