Job Requirements

  • Food safety certification(s)
  • Prior baking experience or similar role
  • Knowledge of baking procedures and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role
  • Established knowledge of baking procedures and compliance with sanitation regulations
  • Mandatory food safety certification(s)
  • Proficiency in basic math operations and numerical counting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical capability to manage lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking/standing
  • Ability to use specific uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) when required

Job Duties

  • Create baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
  • Arrange work area with essential ingredients and tools needed for baking
  • Quantify, weigh, blend, chop, and prepare ingredients
  • Handle baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
  • Use utensils like knives safely and effectively during meal preparation
  • Observe food safety protocols for proper storage of goods
  • Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils to promote a hygienic workplace
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when engaging with guests, customers, clients, and coworkers
  • Implement Aramark safety procedures and adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Guarantee safety of corporate resources by following established security protocols
