Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- formal culinary or pastry training preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in a pastry chef role
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina for standing long hours and handling kitchen equipment
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- proficiency in scheduling and inventory management

Job Duties
- monitor and maintain quality of all product and presentation
- oversee all aspects of the daily operation of pastry production areas
- receive, check and properly store all incoming product
- know and comply with all sanitation standards
- schedule pastry and bread production based on business needs and communicate to staff
- operate, teach and supervise safe operation of all appliances and equipment
- handle conflict resolution of guests and staff as needed
