Job Requirements
- previous experience working as a pastry cook or higher
- possession of valid Food Handler Card
- valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
- ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards

Job Duties
- follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications in line with SUSHI SAMBA standards
- coordinate the delivery of all food items within the required time standards
- demonstrate product standards and knowledge
- prepare and plate food items according to specifications and preset time limits
- ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- communicate any product run outs, equipment issues and service issues
- assist in the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas
