Job Duties

Lead all pastry and bakery operations across fine dining, a la carte, banquets, and specialty outlets
develop seasonally driven, luxury-level dessert programs
oversee bread, laminated dough, chocolate, and plated dessert execution
implement strong systems for quality control, consistency, and cost management
mentor and lead a high-performing pastry team
manage budgeting, labor, and inventory with financial discipline
