Job Requirements

  • Food safety certification
  • Prior baking experience preferred
  • Understanding of sanitation regulations
  • Proficiency in basic math
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling
  • Availability to wear uniforms and PPE
  • Willingness to comply with safety procedures and company protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred
  • Established knowledge of baking procedures and sanitation regulations
  • Mandatory food safety certification
  • Proficiency in basic math operations and numerical counting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to convey messages effectively both written and spoken
  • Physical ability to manage lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking or standing
  • Willingness to wear specific uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Job Duties

  • Create baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
  • Arrange work area with essential ingredients and baking tools
  • Prepare ingredients through quantifying, weighing, blending, and chopping
  • Handle baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
  • Use utensils like knives safely and effectively during meal preparation
  • Observe food safety protocols for proper storage of goods
  • Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils to maintain hygiene
  • Uphold positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Implement Aramark safety procedures and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Adhere to security protocols to safeguard corporate resources
