Job Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Pastry Arts or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pastry production preferably in high-volume settings
- Strong creativity and attention to detail in dessert preparation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Oversee creativity and prepares all desserts required for all food operations banquets specialty orders and to-go orders
- Prepares items from scratch such as breads rolls muffins biscuits pies cakes cookies pastries and other desserts
- Schedule production of all baked goods to maintain an inventory of fresh baked goods
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
