Job Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Pastry Arts or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of pastry chef experience focusing on high production
  • Open availability with willingness to work varying shifts
  • Ability to work reliably and punctually
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and workplace health standards
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Pastry Arts or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in pastry chef role with an emphasis on high production
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee creativity and prepare all desserts required for all food operations, banquets, specialty orders and to-go orders
  • Prepare items from scratch such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts
  • Schedule production of all baked goods to maintain an inventory of fresh baked goods
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned that can differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
