Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a pastry kitchen handling preparation and cooking
- availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Craft a dessert menu that aligns with the restaurant concept and locale, collaborate with Executive Chef on menu integration
- prepare detailed recipe cards to ensure consistency in dessert preparation
- mentor and develop pastry cooks by sharing inspiration and ideas, promoting a positive kitchen culture
- maintain open communication and receptiveness to feedback with other chefs to ensure cohesive kitchen operations
- uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards according to health regulations across all pastry workstations and equipment
- promptly report product shortages, equipment problems, and food quality issues to Executive Chef
- participate actively in employee meetings, contributing suggestions for improvement
- prioritize guest experience in all aspects of pastry program execution
