Job Requirements

  • College degree in hotel or restaurant management or culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years in senior culinary roles specializing in pastry design and creation
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities
  • Knowledge of culinary operations and Four Seasons standards
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Ability to use culinary production equipment and computer systems
  • Flexible schedule with availability for 8-10 hour shifts

  • Plan, organize, and direct pastry operations to ensure superior quality and consistency across all sweet items, breads, and showpieces
  • Team management and development including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
  • Menu planning and execution ensuring consistent quality
  • Cost control involving management of labor, budgets, purchasing, and inventory
  • Sanitation and compliance by maintaining cleanliness and regulatory standards
  • Quality control systems focusing on portion consistency and purchasing specifications
  • Communication and coordination through interdepartmental meetings and updates
  • Compliance with company standards and work rules
  • Professional collaboration and harmonious teamwork
