  • College degree in hotel or restaurant management or culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years in senior culinary roles specializing in pastry design and creation
  • strong leadership and management capabilities
  • knowledge of culinary operations and Four Seasons standards
  • proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking
  • ability to use culinary production equipment and computer systems
  • flexible schedule of 8-10 hour shifts
