Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years pastry culinary experience
- Certified level cook and/or experience in food production and/or preparation
- Food Handlers permit
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs

- Minimum of 5 years pastry culinary experience
- Food and Beverage customer service experience
- Food Handlers permit
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Culinary school degree preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare the highest quality pastry and baked goods according to menu descriptions and Executive Chef direction
- Maintain the highest level of execution and quality food while adhering to timelines and banquet event orders
- Set up workstation based on menu items, banquet event orders, and specials ensuring all mise en place is ready
- Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines consistently
- Inspect all food products for proper appearance, color, and appeal
- Store all food items correctly in appropriate containers in refrigerators and freezers to maintain freshness
- Assist with hot and cold line stations including prep, banquet support, and dishwashing as needed
