Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Pastry Arts or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in high-production baking
- Team-oriented, adaptable and reliable
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
Job Duties
- Oversee creativity and prepare all desserts required for food operations, banquets, specialty orders and to-go orders
- Prepare items from scratch such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries and other desserts
- Schedule production of all baked goods to maintain an inventory of fresh baked goods
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
