Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts
  • At least 2 years experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-profile event settings
  • Proven ability to innovate and execute under pressure
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking and standing
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts
  • At least 2 years experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-profile event settings
  • Requires 0-2 years experience in a management role
  • Proven ability to innovate and execute under pressure
  • Expertise in classic and modern pastry techniques, including plated desserts and showpieces
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Create signature desserts that impress discerning guests and elevate their experience
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team to craft seasonal menus and bespoke offerings for VIP events
  • Lead and mentor pastry assistants, fostering a culture of creativity and precision
  • Ensure every plate meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
  • Incorporate cutting-edge techniques and global pastry trends into creations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry kitchen
  • Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies
