Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of bakery experience preferred
- current Food Handler's Permit
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and use basic math
- ability to work in hot, cold, sticky, slippery, and wet conditions
- ability to accept constructive feedback
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensure the quality and freshness of all bakery products
- maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products
- ensure bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily
- deliver excellent customer service
- follow production sheets for inventory management
- ensure correct amount of ingredients and supplies are stocked
- prepare, cook, bake, assemble, and decorate pastries
- communicate openly with Store Director and Bakery Manager
