Job Duties
- lead the pastry program and oversee daily pastry production
- develop and innovate pastry menus including pies, cakes, breads, and other baked goods

- train and mentor pastry staff to enhance skills and performance
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with kitchen and management teams to align pastry offerings with overall restaurant goals
- manage pastry inventory and order supplies as needed
