Job Requirements
- 5 years experience in restaurant and pastry or culinary education with a minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant and pastry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to compose recipes
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers and team members
- Ability to convert recipes into larger and smaller batches
- Thorough understanding of weights, measures and conversions
- Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach
- Ability to safely operate company vehicle or golf cart
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cleanliness and organization of bakeshop
- Communication and ordering of all pastry specific supplies and equipment
- Proper rotation and monitoring of raw and finished products
- Overseeing all production of breakfast pastries, breads, lunch and dinner desserts
- Management of production schedule
- Management of staff work schedule
- Full creative responsibility in menu development under guidance from Executive Chef
