Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity with kitchen systems and software (Excel, Word, Outlook, TM1) and major pastry equipment

Job Duties

  • Lead daily pastry production for all dining outlets, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity of baked items
  • Collaborate with the Collection Culinary Director to innovate and execute seasonal menus reflecting local ingredients and high culinary standards
  • Inspect incoming ingredients for freshness and proper specifications, ensuring safe and organized storage
  • Manage food and labor costs, oversee scheduling, and drive efficiencies without sacrificing quality
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture by mentoring and developing the pastry and stewarding teams
  • Uphold health and safety regulations (HACCP) and maintain meticulous prep records and use logs
