Job Qualifications
- Advanced skills in baking, breadmaking, chocolate work, and plated desserts
- Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred or equivalent hands-on experience in fine dining pastry operations

- Familiarity with kitchen systems and software (Excel, Word, Outlook, TM1) and major pastry equipment
- Willingness to work in a physically active role in a remote, nature-rich setting

Job Duties
- Lead daily pastry production for all dining outlets, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity of baked items
- Collaborate with the Collection Culinary Director to innovate and execute seasonal menus reflecting local ingredients and high culinary standards
- Inspect incoming ingredients for freshness and proper specifications, ensuring safe and organized storage
- Manage food and labor costs, oversee scheduling, and drive efficiencies without sacrificing quality
- Foster a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture by mentoring and developing the pastry and stewarding teams
- Uphold health and safety regulations (HACCP) and maintain meticulous prep records and use logs
