Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of bakery experience preferred
- current Food Handler's Permit
- ability to read and follow recipes
- basic math skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensures the quality and freshness of all bakery products
- maintains appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- confirms pricing accuracy and proper signage
- cleans and sanitizes the bakery daily
- delivers excellent customer service
- prepares, cooks, bakes, assembles, and decorates pastries
- communicates effectively with Store Director and Bakery Manager
- monitors ingredient and supplies stock levels
