Job Duties

prepare all pastry items in accordance to company approved recipes
develop new and innovative pastry items to be used as specials or potential new menu items
ensure that all dessert components are fully stocked and prepared for service
follow all safety and health rules for sanitary food handling and kitchen cleanliness
daily set up workstation and keep it neat and clean
assist coworkers to ensure efficient operation of the line
review and comprehend recipes and other necessary documentation
