Job Duties
- Craft delicious desserts, baked goods and pastries
- Operate and lead the pastry section of the kitchen
- Assist in menu development, recipe standardization and product control
- Implement daily food service operations including kitchen standards and timing
- Hire and train pastry staff
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Banquets teams to deliver culinary excellence
- Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction through innovative pastry offerings
