Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Pastry Arts or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pastry production with emphasis on high-volume production
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work morning shifts with varying days
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain inventory and schedule production effectively

Job Duties
- Oversee creativity and prepares all desserts required for all food operations, banquets, specialty orders and to-go orders
- Prepare items from scratch such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts
- Schedule production of all baked goods to maintain an inventory of fresh baked goods
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
