Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Culinary degree is preferred
At least 3 years of culinary related experience required
Ability to work days, nights, weekends or holidays according to business needs
Strong attention to detail
Ability to train and mentor associates

Job Duties

Oversee the quality and consistency of all pastry products produced and served
Manage the efficiencies, consistency, and accountability of costs associated with the pastry department
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on the creation, development, and implementation of new desserts
Train and mentor pastry associates
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Schedule work shifts and manage pastry department operations to meet business needs
Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
