  • Culinary degree is preferred
  • At least 3 years of culinary related experience required
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends or holidays according to business needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to train and mentor associates

Job Duties

  • Oversee the quality and consistency of all pastry products produced and served
  • Manage the efficiencies, consistency, and accountability of costs associated with the pastry department
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on the creation, development, and implementation of new desserts
  • Train and mentor pastry associates
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Schedule work shifts and manage pastry department operations to meet business needs
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
