Job Duties
- Provide excellent results showing persistence and perseverance
- demonstrate care and compassion for people showing empathy and concern
- build and maintain positive team relationships relating well to diverse people
- maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety
- follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation and all saved recall transactions
- be responsible for personal cashier productivity
- take food orders in person and by telephone
- demonstrate personal customer service excellence and engage with customers always
- improve speed and efficiency of service provided
