Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout the shift
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Previous customer service experience
- Retail experience desirable
- Ability to build and maintain positive team relationships
- Demonstrated empathy and concern for customers and colleagues
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service as a role model
- Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions, and food safety
- Follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellations, and all saved recall transactions
- Manage personal cashier productivity
- Take food orders in person and by telephone
- Engage with customers to improve speed and efficiency of service
- Perform other duties as assigned
