Job Qualifications
- Must be available on Sundays
- previous experience in a bakery, pastry, or kitchen role
- basic knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients
- ability to follow recipes, work efficiently, and multitask in a busy environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality in all products
- passion for baking and an enthusiasm for learning new skills
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
- measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- collaborate with the Chef on duty and cook line to ensure smooth service and timely service
- assist with plating, packaging, and presentation for service
- maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
- ensure all prep upholds the restaurant's quality and presentation standards
