Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a food production or catering environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • Good physical stamina
  • Punctuality and professional appearance

  • Previous experience in pastry production or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and production guidelines accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and service

Job Duties

  • Arrive to work on time in proper uniform
  • Communicate with Pastry Chef 1 regarding pastry production for the day
  • Complete pastry food production on the daily production prep list
  • Review daily production sheet and BEOs
  • Highlight food production completed on the BEO production prep list
  • Ensure recipes are followed along with portion sizes for food produced
  • Ensure sanitation solution is available at the station
  • Verify all food is labeled, dated, and stored properly
  • Clean all equipment, tables, and shelving storage in pastry production area including mats, sweeping, mopping, and trash
  • Assist Food Production team members in other kitchen areas as needed
  • Check out with Pastry Chef 1
