Job Requirements
- Minimum of three months related cooking experience or equivalent training
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Physical ability to perform station opening and closing duties

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items
- Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment
- Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
