Job Requirements

  • minimum three months related culinary experience or training
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • capacity to follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • physical ability to perform kitchen tasks including standing for extended periods
  • willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen procedures
  • strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • three to six months related experience or training
  • passion for food and culinary creativity
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • good communication skills
  • enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items
  • support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • prepare all necessary items for their station as needed
  • practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain the proper temperature of equipment
  • perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift
