Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 months production or related experience
- HACCP certification
- PIT certification
- LOTO certification
- ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions
- ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime
- willingness to work in hot humid environments

- ability to identify critical control points
- intermediate math skills

Job Duties
- work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position
- read, write, communicate, and comprehend written instructions in English
- work individually or with others as a team at all levels
- perform equipment checks and setups before use
- assemble cleaned machine parts and set controls to proper pasta mix settings
- review requisition and batch sheets to verify all items and quantities
- perform daily scale audits
- conduct pasta sheer tests and yield tests to meet target specifications
- complete daily centerline matrix and all required paperwork including SSOP and SOP
- clean machine parts, tools, utensils and maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards
- perform sanitary checks on equipment
- communicate with production leads on pasta/rice quality, amount, and timing
- perform general labor tasks as assigned
