Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 3 months production or related experience
  • HACCP certification
  • PIT certification
  • LOTO certification
  • ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions
  • ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime
  • willingness to work in hot humid environments

  • knowledge of GMPs and food allergens
  • ability to identify critical control points
  • intermediate math skills
  • basic computer skills including email
  • mechanical aptitude
  • ability to work in hot humid environment

Job Duties

  • work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position
  • read, write, communicate, and comprehend written instructions in English
  • work individually or with others as a team at all levels
  • perform equipment checks and setups before use
  • assemble cleaned machine parts and set controls to proper pasta mix settings
  • review requisition and batch sheets to verify all items and quantities
  • perform daily scale audits
  • conduct pasta sheer tests and yield tests to meet target specifications
  • complete daily centerline matrix and all required paperwork including SSOP and SOP
  • clean machine parts, tools, utensils and maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards
  • perform sanitary checks on equipment
  • communicate with production leads on pasta/rice quality, amount, and timing
  • perform general labor tasks as assigned
