Job Duties
- Execute all pasta dishes to Vacanza Romana’s standards for flavor, texture, and presentation
- cook pasta to order with proper timing, sauce consistency, and plating finesse
- prepare and maintain sauces, fillings, and pasta components during each shift
- keep a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
- assist with prep work and support other kitchen stations when needed
- follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- communicate clearly with chefs, expo, and fellow line cooks to maintain smooth service
