Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- high school diploma or GED required
- successfully pass new hire background checks and drug screenings
- successfully pass all airline and airport required training
- detailed oriented, organized, punctual, reliable, and flexible
- able to work independently and as a team player
- able to regularly sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, and kneel
- must be able to use hands and fingers to type, handle bags, boxes, objects, or controls
- ability to push and pull customers with various weights in wheelchairs up and down incline and lift up to 50 lbs
- vision abilities include close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- able to work in cold and hot temperature environments such as jet-bridge, walking outside between buildings, and snow removal in airport parking lots
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Transport customers in wheelchairs from the terminal curbside, to and from the airline ticket counters, departing gates, baggage-claim and passenger vehicles
- assist customers with luggage from the terminal curbside, to and from the airline ticket counters, departing gates, baggage-claim and passenger vehicles when requested
- disinfect wheelchairs and luggage carts during each shift
- provide customer service by anticipating customer needs and assisting with general airport information such as airline, car rental and parking information with professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude
- gather and position wheelchairs and baggage carts to designated locations as needed during each shift
- cheerfully interact in all modes of communication: face to face, two-way radio, telephone, and email
- coordinate service requests with coworkers or supervisor as needed
- assist customers parked in handicapped parking with vehicle snow removal during winter months
- perform other duties as assigned and directed
