Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and transactions with empathy and professionalism
  • Basic understanding of airline or airport operations preferred
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organize the passenger lobby
  • Strong communication skills including phone and written correspondence
  • Capability to manage cash drawer and complete sales reports accurately
  • Willingness to perform administrative and training duties
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail in accounting and reporting tasks.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or airport operations preferred
  • Proficiency in airline software systems like TakeFlite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic accounting and cash handling skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
  • Willingness to participate in cross-training
  • Valid driver’s license.

Job Duties

  • Deliver courteous and knowledgeable service at the passenger service desk, over the phone, and in written communications
  • Open and close the passenger lobby daily, preparing and securing the area
  • Use TakeFlite software to process freight airway bills and passenger tickets accurately
  • Manage the cash drawer and finalize daily sales reports including check and deposit slip verifications
  • Communicate regularly with village agents about flight statuses via phone, email, and messages
  • Reserve passenger seats and provide cargo processing instructions
  • Collaborate with Cargo, Sales, and Operations teams for flight information and customer charter quotations
  • Prepare weekly mail reports and conduct monthly audits of accounts payable weights
  • Follow up on overdue accounts through phone and written communication
  • Review and update workplace instructions for PSAs
  • Train new employees or staff members as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the passenger lobby including vacuuming and stocking coffee
  • Cross-train in cargo customer service activities
  • Support administrative tasks assigned by management.
