Job Requirements

- Minimum six months experience in relevant role
- Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage customer relations internally and externally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee flight pre-planning and post flight seats baggage and cargo utilization
- Liaise with ramp cargo passenger catering government agencies to collate data and inform on airline standards and procedures
- Collect and present all documentation required by carrier before flight departure
- Communicate all information required by operating crew and collaborate to maximize load capacity
- Dispatch all messages as required during pre and post flight
- Compile and deliver flight documentation as required by customers
- Perform other duties related to flight operations
