Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have a telephone and transportation
  • must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • must complete a criminal background check
  • must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • treat all information as confidential
  • must be a citizen of the United States or possess necessary authorization from the INS

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous service industry experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written form
  • ability to work from verbal and written instructions
  • possess courtesy and tact dealing with all levels of employees, passengers, clients and the public
  • must be able to verbally direct in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee the agent workforce and assist in the check-in process
  • greet customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • assist with ticketing, seat assignments, and pre-boarding processes
  • cross-utilize duties at ticket counter, pre-boarding gate, baggage service, and self-service kiosks
  • comply with TSA, FAA, Airline, and Company regulations
  • maintain documentation and keep supervisors informed of activities
  • project a positive image and attend required meetings and in-services
