Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • One year college certificate or technical school or six months related experience or equivalent
  • Ability to supervise up to 10-15 passenger service agents
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing and physical
  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs
  • Must maintain valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • One year college certificate or technical school completion preferred
  • Six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to supervise up to 10-15 passenger service agents
  • Ability to pass pre-employment tests including drug testing and physical
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Flexible availability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Co-ordinate, monitor and support the Passenger Services team
  • Assist Passenger Service Agents to ensure professional, safe and efficient performance
  • Ensure smooth operation through co-ordination between department and agencies
  • Monitor, evaluate and recommend training needs, maintain training records
  • Attend to day to day administration including ordering supplies and investigating problems
  • Liaison with Carriers' representatives to meet their requirements and standards
  • Assist in maintaining staff morale and clear communication
  • Cover manpower shortages and assist whenever necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
